chinese isnt so bad cos i have some background, although its annoying that we need to do our work/exam based on whats in the textbook.
and i dont own any textbooks, for any subs.
hahha.
i have to start studying for my papers, and i still have one history essay to complete.
the fact that its worth 35%, and the exam is 30%, could be good/bad news.
good news: if i ace the essay, just scrape through my exam, and still pull up my average.
bad news: if i do shit for the essay anyways, and my exam mark wont be able to do anything.

just 3 more days of school then its the pre-exam break.
then the dreaded exams..
but the HOLS will be here!

i was reading through pravs blog, and read some stuff abt the gardeners.
i feel kinda sad.
we used to hang out so often in the past, and i felt really happy with the group.
then things got fcked here and there, pple came and pple left.
i was in the middle of things and never really knew what the hell was going on.
now i dont think i know who half the group are, and the pple im close to have kinda dispersed.
sigh.
i miss the lms, nights out, teo chew mui, blackjack, coffee bean, gardens circle, waiting for the coffee shops to open, egg-ordering, poker, boosting, night swimming, och excursions, sentosa outings, truth-or-dares, etc.
theres sooooooo many things i could actually list down.

i was finally able to pick up my car that i bought last wednesday!
its a pretty old car, but im uber stoked!
lol.
those who watch initial d will prolly recognize the model..
its a toyota corolla levin.
BUT its not that old.
its the 1999 AE112R model, with a 7A-FE 1.8L DOHC engine.
i love it!

i also bought a motorola v3x last wednesday.
the screen is really sharp.
its the 3G phone but the thing is, i dont have WAP/GPRS access on my pre-paid.
i dont even have MMS or something.

kinda defeats the purpose.

okay, ended up not sleeping last night.
think mom was kinda pissed when she entered my room and saw me awake on my laptop lol.
so took a nap this morning around 0820 and slept for abt an hour and a half.
showered then headed to school for my chinese lect at 11.
met up with thames,new and chua after.
that was good cos i hadnt seen chua in ages.
he was wondering where i had disappeared to cos everyone hadnt seen me in ages HAHA!
chua and i saw the free condoms and lube that were hung around the ref.
so we both took one of each hahha.
uwa doesnt give out study booklets or stuff like that, but free sausage sizzles, booze and condoms.
weird.
oh, and i recommended the ice chocolate drink from the ref to him BUT it sucked today.
grrrrrrr.
second time alr.
good news: i managed to stay awake the entire day in school!
i know i only had a lect and one lab, but the lab was from 4-6pm!
im gonna crash soon..

whoooooo. finished my anthro research essay a while ago, cos it was due in last monday at 5pm. lol, yes its a week overdue. but i finished it! my topic was "the advantages and disadvantages in applying the concept of cultural relativism in understanding a 'human rights issue'". so i chose to focus on the banning of headscarves (which i learnt are called khumūr), cos it was in international news. found really good sites from wikipedia and had that site as my in text referencing sooooo many times. i felt my topic was rather interesting. and i didnt feel so sleepy after i made some milo (:

i only attended TWO classes last week on wednesday. and one was a make-up psych lab that i decided to just go for, since i was alr in school and chris is in that class. man.. if this continues, im def gonna flunk first sem. exams are in about 4 weeks or something. WAKE UP YOUR FUCKING IDEA!! alrighty, im gonna try and go for most of my classes and start doing some work at home. but i think i was pretty productive this weekend. i did my chinese essay thats due later today, finished my work for my group speech on wednesday, and finished my anthro essay. woop!

and yes, im finally updating. i dont know why but everytime i get to the blogger homepage, i just lose my urge to blog. bleaaaah.

my little milki is sleeping with me tonight and shes sooooooo friggin cute!shes on my bed, curled up like a little baby.awwwwww.. i had to move her just now, cos she was lying right in the middle of my bed, and i think she was sulking. ha. oh yeah and its her birthday today! she turns 3! happy 3rd birthday milki!

well i think i sound pretty happy for most of this entry. im soooo cold now. icks.
