finally felt like blogging today
kinda had blogstipation.
it's been so long already..
the Os are starting in 2 days
doesn't seem so close though
i'm still slacking..

grad ceremony was today
it was shitty and i thought it would ruin my day
but, the "proper" celebrations began only after the ceremony
it was fun..
being like'da ming xings'

was damn bloody hot too
took quite a number of photos
surprisingly, most of them turned out quite nice
should have taken another photo with ______, right?
since this is the last day and all..
wasted.
but i'd feel so dumb

skipped school again today, so that i could have a week's break

heard that it was really pathetic during lit, cos 5 outta 6 of us take lit

it's really spacious
and cheap, considering everything
but i think a couple of people may have problems turning up, cos of other committments
wells, jes hope everyone'll be able to turn up
oh, and the form teachers will be invited i think
and everyone, please behave, cos we don't wanna disgrace ourselves

oh ya, heard that pei cai also has prom or grad nite or something
and theirs is at a CC or something
and, they have to pay about 50 bucks
rip off man !

haven't seen him for a while already, cos i've been skipping classes
means i won't be seeing him for an entire week !

managed to stay away from the comp for about a week now
jes came on to check some jC stuffs
it's damn freakin funny

skipped school today
nothing much happened anyways, and all the teachers gave were more, more & more homework
sometimes i wonder if they do see us as one of them
like, humans ?

so anyways, i'm amazed at how some people don't use their brains when they do surveys
i'm not gonna name any names here
some people didn't even know what Prom king and prom queen are
my god..
like what marv said, "you live under a rock or what?"
and no, having it at a country club isn't cheaper
in fact, it was more expensive
cos the country club in mind is actually Orchid Country Club
so you can imagine ..

anyways, everything's set already
the prom's gonna be slightly later than planned
so that'll give us more time to choose our outfits
all that's left is the sound system and emcee
hope the hotel's nice
i feel like checking it out too..

what do you pple think of r&b and hip hop musik ?
i think that's the best musik to play, cos the beats are strong so it'll be good to dance to
we need good musik or the floor'll be damn cold
tell me what kinda musik y'all would like, and i'll see what i can do

and, either tan hwee pin or violet loo will be present i think
cos it's the second (?) time they're organising it, so someone has to be there
anyways, we have to be grateful to tan hwee pin for this
even if tobias had planned everything damn well and everything was cheap, as long as she didn't give the green light, there would be no prom this year.
so at least she did do one good deed for us
and there'll be a briefing on what to wear or something
cos some pple have absolutely NO dress sense
and the teachers don't want no boobs popping out from dresses

better safe than sorry, right?
other than that, i think we're entirely left to what we wanna do
i think it'll be a great success..

something weird and funny happened yesterday
after typing my entry, i logged off and went to my room
then, my nose started bleeding..
yupps..

so anyways, went to church this morning and met a couple of friends
we then headed down to orchard, and i only had like, ten bucks on me since i wasn't actually planning to go out
man..
first time i felt so poor and couldn't even have a decent meal
*haha*
was at plaza sing first, and i was going absolutely crazy over the giant poster there
my friends were laughing at me cos i was so crazy over the poster..
i think my friend knows where to get those huge posters, but they're kinda ex
$50 plus for one i think

wanted to catch a movie at Lido, but almost all are NC-16, if not R(A), now
and i didn't have my IC on me, so the fucked up auntie wouldn't lemme buy a tic
and i was going absolutely NUTS
there were sOoOoO many posters and everything of edison and shawn
so near yet so far..
god..
it was really depressing, to see so many posters and not be able to get any !
almost felt like dying..
had to get outta there as fast as possible
i was there on friday too..
it was so damn torturing..
headed down to Cine after that, and some guy gave us 6 free tix for a movie that was previewing
we went in, but left before half the show was featured
two of them wanted to catch another movie at Lido, so they jes ran off..
leaving my friend and i behind
damn bad.
ate lunch then came home, and went to meet that friend again to study
did some chem
really little..

okks, enough about my day
should talk about the prom, since it's such a hot topic now

we're paying, like, peanuts for the prom
SJI has to pay around 90 bucks and MGS gets theirs at 75 bucks per head, for their graduation dinners
even barker fuckers have to pay around $55
we're paying only around $40, and the price might go down even lower, to maybe $35
and since it's prom, not graduation dinner, there should be dates
but how many guys would actually dare to ask a girl out?
except those who already are steady la
okk, i shall speak for myself
no one will ask me out, and others will get asked out
and you can only get a date from school, and from the same sec 4 level
but for let's say, slow dances, what's gonna happen?

it'll be pretty amusing to see the outcome
it's gonna be the last time most of us are gonna see each other, so i hope almost everyone turns up
cos if one person doesn't go, then another won't
followed by another, and another, and ..

finally caught Infernal Affairs II yesterday !
it was super awesome !

okks..
somehow i feel that it didn't really leave that deep an impression on me
i don't really know why
maybe cos i was thinking too much about edison and shawn
and jes for your information, no, my nose didn't bleed
i was perfectly fine throughout the movie
edison and shawn's acting wasn't exactly superb..
what'd you expect?
how can they be compared to andy and tony?
but i thought that shawn's acting was pretty good
edison didn't really display any emotion
i feel like his role didn't require much from him anyways
he was jes supposed to be spying on the cops all the time
my heart almost broke when that fucker mary wacked him
in the papers today, carina lau commented "I hit him till my heart ached", on having to slap edison in IA2
man..
i tell you.
the movie was awesome for it's eyecandy
but the movie itself was pretty good too
explained what was going on in Infernal Affairs
francis ng was damn good
his character was damn smart, and he portrayed his character very well
it was as though you could feel what he was going through
know what i mean?
eric tsang was good too
always eating

oh, and at the last part when the mary girl was crying?

edison looked to-die-for when he gave his 'famous smile'
absolutely gorgeous!
also, when he was in the hotel room with sam, his hair was really neat and he was wearing a suit
he look so damn good too.

before i went for the movie, there was this cca prize giving thingy in the audi
and guess who was the guest of honour?

i felt sick at the thought of shaking her disgusting hand
and know what she said in her speech?
"I'd like to say a word of thank you"
hmm..
is it jes me, or is 'thank you' two words?

i was the last to go up, and when i approached her i wasn't smiling at all
i didn't know what shit she was rattling on about, so i jes went "uhhyeah"
i was gonna walk off and she went, "what must you say?"
i jes uttered "ummthanks"
and i wiped my hand and my skirt
it was kinda sub-concious, actually.
and xiao yun and the rest were like, "wah. good job man"
i didn't even realise that i had done that
the only good thing about the award thingy was that he was there too !
he even waved to me when he walked past !
felt like i was in sixth heaven
not exactly at the seventh as yet
=)
